In 1993, Jones and Kolb formed The Tax Exempt Association ("TEA Group") for the financial and administrative leaders and staff of area not-for-profit organizations. Facilitated by the Shareholders of Jones and Kolb and coordinated with the Georgia Society of Association Executives and the Georgia Center for Not-for-Profits, this group meets monthly.  TEA Group participants discuss timely topics and exchange ideas regarding one of the most challenging aspects of managing a not-for-profit organization: financial, tax and managerial issues.  The group serves as a forum for roundtable discussions about industry issues.   

The TEA Group is also a wonderful opportunity to network with industry leaders.  Jones and Kolb Shareholders and Managers facilitate networking among peers as industry professionals learn about ‘best practices’ to help guide your actions and decisions.
