Shane Keasler is a Shareholder with Jones and Kolb. With over 20 years of public accounting experience, Shane specializes in providing a variety of tax advisory and audit services for not-for-profit organizations, government agencies, real estate companies, and privately held businesses. 

Shane earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Kennesaw State University (KSU) and, in 2009, he earned his CPA designation.

Shane is an active member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA) and currently serves on the Board of the North Atlanta Chapter. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).  Shane helps lead Jones and Kolb’s in-house Continuing Education Programs.

Born and raised in Marietta, GA, Shane resides in Acworth, GA with his wife, two sons, and their dog. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family and attending sporting events.
