Laura H. Heller is a Shareholder with Jones and Kolb in Atlanta, Georgia. With over 30 years of accounting experience, Laura has expertise in the fields of nonprofit, small business accounting and taxation matters for high-net worth individuals.
Laura is an active member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the TE/GE Council – Gulf Coast Area. She graduated magna cum laude from Georgia Southern University where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Management Information Systems.
Along with her professional pursuits, Laura is an active community volunteer, regularly assisting where she can with Mabry Middle School programs, serving as treasurer and business manager for an East Cobb Softball travel team, Mt. View Methodist Church and participating in various charitable functions with many of her nonprofit clients like Cobb Chamber and Safehouse Outreach.
Though she was born in Atlanta, Laura’s family moved to Savannah, Georgia when she was only three and Laura considers the “Hostess City of the South” her hometown. She now resides in Marietta with her husband and two children. Laura loves spending time with her family pursuing hobbies and interests that include softball, baseball, beach travel, fitness and animals.
