Laura A. Zugel is the Small Business Manager for Jones and Kolb. With the firm since 1983, Laura has over 35 years’ total experience. She assists clients in a variety of industries with small business matters including computer consulting, payroll compliance, bookkeeping, IRS problems resolution and financial statement preparation.
Laura is a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA) and is a board member for Jones and Kolb client GlobalDoc, Inc., which specializes in translation services. Additionally, she is active in Jones and Kolb’s philanthropic efforts and assists with Habitat for Humanity, the Hunger Walk and the Alzheimer’s Associations annual walk. She attended Kent State University and is a graduate of John Carroll University with a concentration in accounting.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Laura now calls Marietta, Georgia home with her husband of over 30 years. She is an HGTV addict and admits to watching pretty much anything that airs on the station. In her spare time she enjoys baking, cooking and reading. She plans to add traveling to this list and would like to visit Japan someday.
