David joined the firm in 1978 after several years with
an international accounting firm and as a sole
practitioner. He specializes in providing advisory, tax
planning and financial planning services to individuals
and closely-held businesses.
David received his B.A.degree from the University of
Maryland and a J.D. from the University of Baltimore
School of Law. He also holds the Certified Financial
Planner designation from the College of Financial
Planning. David is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants, having received its
designation of Accredited Personal Financial Specialist,
as well as the Georgia Society of CPAs. He also holds
several securities licenses as a General Securities
Registered Representative. David has been recognized by
several national publications as one of the "Best
Tax Practitioners" and "Best Financial
Planners".
David is active in several professional and civic
organizations and enjoys golf, movies, traveling and spending
time with his family.
